This is a 1965 Acadian Beaumont. Beaumonts are GM vehicles made in Canada which closely resemble Chevelles with Pontiac influences. This one is owned by Pat Welch of 29 Palms, Ca. and has just under gone a frame off restoration.

Mr. Welch decided to build this car for his wife so it was restored back to stock with the original 283,
power glide, and 10 bolt rear end all fully rebuilt.

At the time these pictures were taken, the car was ready for delivery. Since Mrs. Welch was unaware of the Beaumonts' existence, it's going directly into an enclose trailer to be revealed as a X-mas present on Dec. 25th.
Merry X-mas to all, and to all, good cruising!
