At True Connections we prefer to talk to our customers to provide the best service possible. If ordering online, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure they order the correct parts for their vehicle. All shipping charges incurred due to incorrectly ordered parts are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the parts, we will refund new merchandise within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days no refund, exchange only. No exchange after 90 days. All returns are to be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt. A 20% restocking fee may apply to all returns. No returns on used parts or electrical parts, or any parts not in the original package. Installed parts cannot be returned, no exceptions. Shortages & Damages
Orders must be inspected immediately upon receipt. If a shortage has occurred, be sure to check your invoice for backordered items. Actual Shortages must be reported within 1 week of receiving the order. If damage has occurred, proper notation must be made by the delivery person, and it must be reported immediately to our customer service department. Failure to do so may create a situation where the product is not replaceable or refundable. Prices and items listed are subject to change without notice

Shipping Information
We ship everyday through FEDEX. All orders are meticulously packaged to ensure a safe delivery. If the unthinkable does happen, packages are always insured, but it is the customers responsibility to inspect the package upon delivery, have the delivery service make proper note of any damages, and notify us within 10 days.
FEDEX ground oversize 1 add $13.00 per item Express delivery is also available on orders placed before 12 PM. We offer 3-day select, 2nd day air, and Next day air delivery service at their actual shipping rates.
